Freight Charges
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders of USD $200 or more.
Orders below USD $200 are subject to shipping charges based on destination, shipment weight, dimensions, and shipping method.
Individual products weighing more than 30 kg (66 lbs) may not qualify for free shipping and will be quoted separately.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Products that are out of stock, customized, or made to order may require additional lead time. We will confirm the expected shipping schedule when applicable.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment where available.
