Bearing Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Eligible bearing products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• A return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
• Bearings must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be authorized by us before shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Bearings that have been installed, mounted, operated, altered, or otherwise used are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or the issue resulted from an error on our part.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible products returned due to customer ordering errors or changes in requirements, including incorrect size, part number, quantity, specification, or products that are no longer needed.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns resulting from customer ordering errors or changes in requirements.

If we supplied an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Once the return is approved, the applicable refund, less any restocking fee or non-refundable shipping charges, will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom & Specialty Bearings

Custom-made, modified, special-order, non-stock, made-to-order, or customer-specific bearings are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These products cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or credited once the order has entered production or procurement.

This includes bearings manufactured or modified to customer-specific dimensions, materials, tolerances, lubrication, coatings, markings, packaging, or other specifications.

Products Covered

This policy applies to eligible products including ball bearings, roller bearings, ceramic bearings, stainless steel bearings, and aerospace bearings, except where a product is classified as a custom, modified, special-order, or otherwise non-returnable item.
